Who we are

InvoiceForge (“we”, “us”) operates invoiceforge.site — an AI-powered tool that extracts data from invoices for Indian freelancers, CAs, and small businesses.

What data we collect

• Uploaded invoices — PDF or image files you submit for extraction.
• Account information — your email address when you sign up, and basic profile details.
• Usage data — how many extractions you run, which features you use, and error logs to keep the service running.
• Payment data — handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

How long we keep your files

Uploaded invoice files are processed in memory and deleted within 24 hours. We keep the extracted data (vendor name, amounts, line items) in your account history so you can re-download exports — you can delete these anytime from your dashboard.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or invoice contents to third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use AI

Invoice content is sent to AI providers (such as OpenRouter or OpenAI) solely to extract structured data. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and do not use your invoices to train public models.

Indian law compliance

We handle personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, including reasonable security practices for sensitive personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember guest trial usage on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and all associated invoice records. Email us at invoiceforge.support@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
